You and Your: Any person holding a valid ticket for the Festival Site and/or a Camp Site, whether or not the ticket was purchased by the person holding the ticket or through a third party

You must agree to these Festival T+Cs and Camping T+Cs (as applicable) to purchase Tickets. 

Moshtix may, without notice, invalidate any Tickets that are believed to be in breach of the T+Cs, and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.

Each Ticket attracts a Booking Fee, which is inclusive of GST. 

All Tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars.

Should the Festival be cancelled or rescheduled, Moshtix will inform customers via their nominated email address. Moshtix provides this service on behalf of the Promoter.

CMC Rocks QLD 2024 – Festival Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions are Binding: Festival Tickets are sold or given and admission to the Festival is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Festival Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Festival T+Cs).  By purchasing a Festival Ticket you agree to be bound to the Festival T+Cs.

Directions of Festival Personnel: You must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times during the Festival. 

Proof of Age: The Festival is an all ages event. You must have valid proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol in the Festival Site. Promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide proof of age ID) if found trying to purchase or consuming alcohol.  

All Children Under 18 Years: All children aged under 18 years of age (Minors) must be accompanied at all times in the Campground and Festival Site by a responsible adult, parent or guardian. Tickets for Minors can only be purchased with an Adult Ticket. There are two (2) categories: 

(a) Junior Ticket 4 Years – 14 Years: Children who are 4 years and over (as at 15 March 2024) are to buy a Junior 1 Day Festival Ticket, a Junior Full Festival Ticket, or a Junior Full Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).  

(b) Youth Ticket 15 Years – 17 Years: Persons 15 years and over but under 18 years of age (as at 15 March 2024) are to buy a Youth 1 Day Festival Ticket, a Youth Full Festival Ticket, or a Youth Full Festival & Camping Ticket (as required).

Children aged 3 Years and Under: Children aged 3 years and under (as at 15 March 2024) are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket to gain entry to the Festival Site or Campground. 

You will be required to present proof of age for all minors (children aged 3 years and under; Juniors aged 4-14 years; and Youths aged 15-17 years (as at 15 March 2024)). A copy of a birth certificate is an acceptable proof of age.  

Festival Only Tickets (Wristbands): Entry to the Festival Site will be granted with presentation of a bar-coded PDF Festival Ticket. The 1 x PDF Festival Ticket is your entry to the Festival. Your 1 x PDF Festival Ticket will be exchanged for a Festival Wristband upon arrival at the Festival Site. 

Campground Pass Tickets: Entry to the selected Campground will be granted with presentation of 1 x bar-coded PDF Campground Pass Ticket. Your Campground Pass Ticket will list your selected Campground and the type of Camp Site you have purchased (eg Medium Powered). The 1 x PDF Campground Pass Ticket is your entry to the Campground (one ticket for each Camp Site purchased). This is also your vehicle entry pass to the Campground. You leave this 1 x Campground Pass Ticket on your vehicle dashboard.

Festival & Camping Tickets (Wristbands): Entry for patrons to the Festival Site and Campground will be granted with presentation of bar-coded PDF tickets:

  • 1 x PDF Full Festival Ticket for the Festival Site (each person must have one Full Festival Ticket issued in their name).
  • 1 x PDF Camp Site Camping Ticket for the individual Camp Site at the Campground (each person must have one Camp Site Camping Ticket issued in their name).   

Your Full Festival Ticket and Camp Site Camping Ticket will be exchanged for 1 x Festival & Camping Wristband after Campground entry at the designated Wristbanding Station in the Campground. If you only have a Festival Wristband you will not be permitted to enter the Campground for any reason whatsoever.  

Your Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times at the Campground – failure to do so may result in eviction from the Campground. Any Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.

Authorised Ticketing Agent: Tickets to the Festival are available through the Authorised Ticketing Agent. The Authorised Ticketing Agent for CMC Rocks QLD 2024 is: Moshtix Pty Ltd www.moshtix.com

Ticket Purchase Warning: you are warned not to buy Festival tickets from Unauthorised Resellers. 

Promoter does not allocate any Festival Tickets or Camping Tickets to Unauthorised Resellers which include but are not limited to: Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Worldticketshop; and Tixel (Unauthorised Resellers).   

Promoter cannot guarantee any ticket purchase made through any means other than the Authorised Ticketing Agent (for example via Unauthorised Resellers or via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages).

If you buy Tickets from Unauthorised Resellers you do so at your own risk and neither the Promoter nor the Authorised Ticketing Agent will be able to assist you.

Lost PDF Tickets and Lost Wristbands: Replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen PDF Tickets or Festival Wristbands or Festival & Camping Wristbands unless proof of purchase is presented.

Ticket Restrictions: You agree not to re-sell tickets contrary to applicable laws. Festival Tickets and Camping Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Promoter:

  1. Be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites); or
  2. Used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions); or 
  3. Used to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer.

If any Ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused admission. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such action. 

Ticket Purchase Limits: Promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained above said limits in any one transaction. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have all or any of your order and tickets cancelled without notice by Promoter in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, ticketing account, email address, IP address, billing address, credit card number or other information. 

Smoking and Vaping Policy: Venues and stages within the Festival Site and Campground may operate a No Smoking + No Vaping policy and you must comply with any such policy.  No smoking or vaping is permitted in any indoor area of the Festival Site or the Campground. There will be designated smoking areas in the Festival Site and vaping will be permitted in those smoking areas, subject to applicable Queensland Health laws in place at the time of the Festival.

Photographing and/or Recording of the Festival by You: Personal digital cameras are permitted at the Festival. SLR cameras are permitted but professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens) is not permitted without Promoter-issued media accreditation. Festival staff will determine in their discretion whether equipment is considered to be professional photography equipment. Photos of artists and/or the Festival are permitted only on the basis that:

  1. Images are only used for private and personal use; and
  2. Images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.

Recording or filming the Festival is strictly prohibited.  

Promoter reserves the right to confiscate and/or delete any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography. 

Recording and Photography of the Festival by Promoter: You consent to be included in official photography, film and sound recordings of the Festival and for these recordings to be used by Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors in any medium or context without further authorisation by or compensation to you.

Restricted Capacity: You acknowledge that there may be restricted capacities at some of the Festival’s stages. Once the maximum capacity is reached in these areas there will be no further admissions. Your purchase of a Festival Ticket to the Festival does not guarantee admission to these areas in such cases.

No Animals: Animals are not permitted at the Festival Site or Campground. Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted. Note that Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an infectious diseases or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals. Your Behaviour: You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Festival Site and Campground. Promoter may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if you or any of your party are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner. CCTV cameras are operational at various points across the Festival Site and/or the Campground and they may capture and record your image. Any personal information collected through the CCTV will comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will be kept secure and will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

Alcohol: The Festival is fully licensed – please do not bring alcohol with you as it will be confiscated and will not be returned and the offending patron may be ejected from the Festival Site for the remainder of the Festival.  Only alcohol purchased from bars at the Festival may be consumed at the Festival Site.  

If you wish to consume alcohol, you must have valid proof of age photo ID.  You must be of legal age (18 years) to purchase and consume alcohol on the Festival Site.  If you are found supplying or buying alcohol for a Minor you will be evicted from the Festival Site and may be referred to police. 

Food and Drink: No food or drink will be permitted into the Festival Site. Sealed plastic water bottles cannot be brought into the Festival Site. The contents of any unsealed plastic water bottles cannot be brought into the Festival Site.  Unsealed EMPTY plastic or metal water bottles (no glass) can be brought into the Festival Site (for use at the free water stations). 

Drugs: If you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Festival Site and Campground and may be referred to the police.

Medication: All medication (prescription or over the counter) must be declared on entry and may need approval by a Festival medic. Medication is allowed to be brought into the Festival Site, under the following conditions:

  • Medication must be in its original packaging and untampered. 
  • Medication must be placed in a clear, resealable bag.
  • Medication must have proof of script.
  • It must only be the dosage for that day (for the Festival Site) or for the duration of your stay if you are camping (for the Campground).

All medication will undergo normal security processes upon entry to the Festival Site and/or the Campground (as applicable).

Medical Records: By using any medical facilities at the Festival Site and/or the Campground, you consent to the Promoter having access to your medical records.

Signage: You are not permitted to display trading signs or protest banners or paraphernalia or anything deemed offensive in the opinion of the Festival personnel on the Festival Site or Campground.  We would ask all patrons to be culturally sensitive when choosing their fashion attire. 

Your Personal Information: Pursuant to your booking, Promoter may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, phone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. Promoter may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. Promoter’s Liability: The services provided by Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site and Campground will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Festival Site and Campground whether caused by the negligence of Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site and Campground (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise – all such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Promoter and owner and/or lessee of the Festival Site and Campground (as applicable) against any loss or damage Promoter and/or Festival Site and/or Campground owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Festival T+Cs and/or the Camping T+Cs (as applicable).

Release: To the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Promoter and owner or lessee of the Festival Site and Campground (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Festival Site and Campground.

Risk: Entry to the Festival Site is at your own risk.  Without limiting the generality of this: 

  • Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times at the Festival Site and the Campground; 
  • You must not mosh, crowd surf, circle pit, wall of death, slingshot or stage dive; 
  • Ear plugs should be worn if necessary. 

To the extent permitted by law, Promoter takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss caused by excessive noise or injury caused by your failure to follow Promoter’s directives. In the event of injury or illness Promoter may in its discretion, at your cost, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of other patrons at the Festival or Campground.

Credit Card Transaction Details: The name CMC Rocks Queensland will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction if you selected to pay in full. If you pay using PayPal or the PayPal Pay in 4 payment plan, PAYPAL will appear on your credit card statement next to your ticket purchase transaction.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: The Festival is an all weather event. The Festival will take place rain or shine.  Promoter reserves the right to change, add, reschedule, withdraw or substitute artists in the Festival line-up and/or vary advertised programs, times, prices, seating arrangements, staging and audience capacity and otherwise vary the Festival Site and/or the Campground without prior notification and deny admission to the Festival Site and/or Campground (including admission to a particular performance at the Festival Site) with reasonable cause.  

No refunds on tickets except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events in Australia or the Australian Consumer Law (or any other applicable laws). 

Cancellation: If the Festival is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

Rescheduled or Significantly Relocated: If the Festival is rescheduled or significantly relocated for any reason whatsoever, your ticket will be valid (or if applicable, your ticket will be reissued) for the rescheduled or relocated Festival unless otherwise advised by the Promoter or the Authorised Ticketing Agent. You are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price if you cannot attend the rescheduled or relocated Festival, provided that you apply for a refund within the period of time advertised or notified by the Promoter and/or the relevant Authorised Ticketing Agent.

There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Festival Ticket or Camping Ticket if you or your invitees are required to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Festival T+Cs, the Camping T+Cs or if you decide not to attend.

You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the Festival. No refunds will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to the Festival Site and/or Campground.

Reduced Capacity or Varied Configuration of the Festival due to Intervening Circumstances: If there are Intervening Circumstances which require the Festival capacity to be reduced or the configuration to be varied then that process will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. If your transaction is identified for cancellation (ie due to venue capacity restrictions) then you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. 
Intervening Circumstances means an incident that is beyond the Promoter’s control which occurs after the time a Ticket is sold, such as an act of God, state of emergency (eg bushfire or flood), public health emergency (eg pandemics including COVID-19 related), travel warnings (eg travel restrictions or advice to not travel) and Government or Health Authority directives (eg forced venue closures or mass gathering restrictions).

Ticket Delivery Methods: No Tickets or Wristbands will be posted. All Tickets will be emailed in a PDF format to the purchaser’s email address. Tickets will not be emailed until closer to the Festival Dates. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Promoter holds a valid email address for you as at the time of purchase and any changes to your email address are updated via your Moshtix account at moshtix.com.au. PDF Tickets will be exchanged for Festival Wristbands or Festival & Camping Wristbands on arrival at the Festival Site or Campground.

Box Office Collections: No refunds will be processed for any PDF Tickets left unclaimed at the Box Office. The cardholder in whose name the PDF Tickets were purchased must have valid photo ID when collecting the PDF Tickets from the Box Office. No refunds will be processed if you do not have valid photo ID and are denied entry to the Festival Site and/or the Campground.

Search on Entry:  It is a condition of entry to the Festival Site and Campground that a search of you and/or your possessions and/or vehicles be required at the time of entry to the Festival Site and Campground.  If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Festival Site and/or the Campground without refund. Prohibited items include but are not limited to the list of items at the end of these T+Cs and any Prohibited Items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed and proceeds from confiscated items (if any) will be donated to a charity.  

Enforceability: Any provision of the Festival T+Cs and/or Camping T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Festival T+Cs and/or Camping T+Cs (as applicable). 

Variation to Terms and Conditions: The Promoter may vary these Festival T+Cs at any time without notice to you. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on the Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.

COVID-19 Important Information

Promoter continues to monitor COVID-19 developments and consider stipulations from Government and Health Authorities, Artists and Venues in determining the COVID Safe measures for the Festival. 

By purchasing tickets to an Event, you agree to follow Festival policies (including COVID Safe measures and instructions) in place at the time of the Festival while at the Festival. These requirements may include, but not be limited to, proof of vaccination, QR code check-in, social distancing, mask wearing and/or other measures.

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the Festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.  You should evaluate Your risk in determining whether to attend the Festival. By entering the Festival, You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

CMC Rocks QLD 2024 – Camping Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: All of the terms and conditions that apply to the Festival itself (including those provided to you when you purchase a Festival Ticket or as shown on the Festival website or displayed at the entry point of the Festival Site and/or Campground) also apply to the Campground. These Camping Terms and Conditions are in addition to and must be read in conjunction with the Festival T+Cs.

Terms and Conditions are Binding: Camping Tickets are sold or given and admission to the Campground is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Camping Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Camping T+Cs). By purchasing a Campground Pass Ticket, each person issued with a Camp Site Camping Ticket agrees to be bound to the Camping T+Cs.

Directions of Festival Personnel: You must follow the reasonable directions of Festival personnel as required and comply with the law at all times whilst at the Campground. 

Purchasing Your Camping Ticket: The Festival & Camping Wristband will allow you to camp for up to five (5) nights and five (5) days from:

  • from 12:00 midday* (AEST) Wednesday 13 March 2024, Campground C ONLY
  • from 09:00 am (AEST) Thursday 14 March 2024, All other Campgrounds 
  • until 12:00 midday (AEST) Monday 18 March 2024 

(*Subject to DA approval)  

Campground Access: Unless we publish an earlier Campground access time, no entry to the Campground is permitted before 12:00 midday (AEST) (*subject to DA approval) on Wednesday 13 March 2024. Vehicle access into the Campground is not permitted before this time.  

Campground Pass Tickets: Entry to the selected Campground will be granted with presentation of 1 x bar-coded PDF Campground Pass Ticket. Your Campground Pass Ticket will list your selected Campground and the type of Camp Site you have purchased (e.g. Medium Powered). The 1 x PDF Campground Pass Ticket is your entry to the Campground (one ticket for each Camp Site purchased). This is also your vehicle entry pass to the Campground.  You leave this 1 x Campground Pass Ticket on your vehicle dashboard. 

You Need a Festival & Camping Wristbands: Entry for patrons to the Campground will be granted with presentation of bar-coded PDF tickets:

  • 1 x PDF Full Festival Ticket for the Festival Site (each person must have one Full Festival Ticket issued in their name); and
  • 1 x PDF Camp Site Camping Ticket for the individual Camp Site in the Campground (each person must have one Camp Site Camping Ticket issued in their name).   

Your Full Festival Ticket and Camp Site Camping Ticket will be exchanged for 1 x Festival & Camping Wristband after Campground entry at the designated Wristbanding Station in the Campground.  If you only have a Festival Wristband you will not be permitted to enter the Campground for any reason whatsoever.  

Vehicle Movement: Vehicles brought into the Campground (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Campground (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Site or Overflow Car Park spot until the Approved Departure Time.  Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Campground for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camp Site or the Overflow Car Park spot). Approved Departure Time means either of the following (which remain subject to change by Promoter in Promoter's discretion and any changes will be published on the CMC website): 

  • Midnight (AEST) on Sunday 17 March 2024 (12:00am AEST Monday 18 March 2024) – 06:00am AEST on Monday 18 March 2024
  • 6:00am – 12:00pm (AEST) on Monday 18 March 2024 with traffic restrictions in place.

Note that departure between 6:00am – 9:00am (AEST) on Monday 18 March 2024 will be staggered by Festival Traffic Marshalls. 

Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Festival Site and Campground for the remainder of the Festival. If you are evicted for breach of this condition you will not be entitled to any refund for your Festival Ticket or Camp Site Camping Ticket.   

Maximum Number of People on a Camp Site: At the time of purchase of our Campground Pass Ticket you must nominate how many people will be on your Camp Site.  You will be issued with 1 x PDF Camp Site Camping Ticket for each person nominated at the time of purchase. Whilst you cannot have more than the maximum number of occupants per Camp Site, you can have less than the maximum number. 

Selection of Camp Site: All Camp Sites in the Campgrounds will be allocated by Camp Marshalls on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to camp with friends, you must arrive together and have purchased the same size Camp Site (ie Small, Medium or Large) in the same Campground as all Camp Site sizes are in separate areas. 

Alcohol: The Campground is strictly an ALCOHOL FREE ZONE. Your person, possessions and/or vehicle may be searched and any alcohol found will be confiscated and will not be returned and the offending patron(s) may be ejected from the Festival Site and Campground for the remainder of the Festival.

Noise: No noise is permitted in the Campground after 12:00 midnight (AEST).

Weather: Pease come prepared for all weather; the Festival and camping will proceed irrespective of weather conditions. No refunds will be made should you decide not to attend the Festival or the Campground due to inclement weather.  This is an outdoor camping festival and the Campground can be affected by inclement weather and both the grass area and roads can become very muddy.  We recommend you consider this in planning for the Festival.  We strongly encourage you to bring gumboots. 

Leaving the Campground: On departure of the Campground please make sure all your belongings, camping equipment, rubbish and vehicles are removed.  Promoter will not be responsible for any belongings left on the Campground and anything left behind will either be discarded.

Behaviour and Security: Please respect the Campground and your fellow campers. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your eviction from the Campground. You will be evicted from the Campground if you behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, lewd or insulting actions) towards other patrons, Camping Marshalls or Festival personnel. There will be 24 hour security and CCTV at the Campgrounds to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of your possessions at the Campground. CCTV cameras are operational at various points across the Campground and they may capture and record your image. Any personal information collected through the CCTV will comply with Australian Privacy Principles. Your personal information will be kept secure and will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

Accessible Campground: Accessible Camp Sites are purchased as regular Camp Sites. After you have purchased your Camp Site, if you require accessible amenities in the Campground you must email Promoter at info@cmcrocks.com with your details. On arrival at the Campground you will be directed to a specific area (close to accessible showers and toilets).  You will be required to bring your original Mobility Parking Scheme permit issued by a regulatory authority (or equivalent proof of impaired mobility) to be allocated an accessible Camp Site.

Promoter’s Rights: Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary the advertised camping configuration, capacity (without prior notification) and deny admission to the Campground with reasonable cause. 

Variation to Terms and Conditions: The Promoter may vary these Camping T+Cs at any time without notice to you. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation has been published on the Promoter’s website. Any variations will not operate retrospectively.

CMC Rocks QLD 2024 – Prohibited Items

Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol - any alcohol found at the Festival Site or the Campground will be confiscated and the offending patron(s) ejected from the Festival Site / Campground for the remainder of the Festival.
  • Animals (excluding service or assistance animals such as guide dogs).
  • Audio or video recording devices (including GoPro and similar). 
  • Balloons, frisbees, projectiles, sticks, poles, bats, clubs, etc.
  • Beanbags, blow-up chairs or lounges or couches.
  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared criminal organisation” within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organisations) Regulation 2013.
  • Clothing, costume or personal effects that may impede the view of those around or behind you.
  • Crates (bread or milk crates).
  • Confetti or shredded paper. 
  • Drones or any other remote control devices.
  • Eskies, Drink coolers or ice-boxes which are large and bulky (Festival Site only).
  • Fires and open flames.
  • Flammable liquids and containers (eg jerry cans) with flammable liquids will be confiscated. Empty jerry cans are permitted. 
  • Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
  • Glass (jars, bottles, containers, mirrors and perfumes).
  • Hydration packs and reservoirs (eg Camelbaks) and sealable pouches (yoghurt, baby food pouches) * exceptions for families with children under 14 years of age (Festival Site only).
  • Illegal or illicit substances.
  • Kites or sky lanterns. 
  • Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters. 
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, horns, bells, bullhorns, thunder sticks, whistles or musical instruments.
  • Lasers, laser pointers or pens.
  • Masks (with the exception of medical masks or religious face coverings). 
  • Political signage. 
  • Pools (inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc.).
  • Professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 5cm; any detachable lens; stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Festival staff to be professional photography equipment).
  • Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
  • Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised transportation.
  • Sound systems (Festival Site only). 
  • Studded items (eg belts, wristbands, etc).
  • Tables, tents, sun shelters (Festival Site only).
  • Toy guns, water guns or slingshots. 
  • Two-way walkie talkies or radios (Festival Site only).
  • Umbrellas (Festival Site only). 
  • Unauthorised solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
  • Weapons of any kind including tasers, mace sprays or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles / projectiles).
  • Whips.
  • Any other item deemed by Festival personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive.

Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.  

Any persons found to be in possession of Prohibited Items will have those Prohibited Items confiscated and they will not be returned.  

Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from Festival Site / Campground and may be referred to the police.

You are responsible for checking all Festival information and ensuring you have purchased the correct Camping Tickets and Festival Tickets for the Festival. No refunds will be processed if you make an error in your ticket purchase.
